High Flyers Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

Enrolment on a workshop is not confirmed until all fees have been received in full by High Flyers. High Flyers reserves the right to decline bookings without explanation.

Cancellation:

You may cancel or change the date of a workshop for which you have enrolled and be fully refunded all workshop fees, provided you give High Flyers at least 35 days notice in writing prior to the workshop date. All cancellations and request for date changes must be received in writing including email, and receipt of request confirmed by High Flyers.

Alterations & Cancellations by High Flyers:

As each workshop requires a minimum number of delegates to ensure maximum benefits for role playing etc. High Flyers reserves the right to vary or cancel any workshops should this become necessary.

Changes to Personal Details:

It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal details held by High Flyers is correct and to notify us of any changes e.g. name, address. Written notification of changes in personal details must be sent. High Flyers will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information. Confirmation of details can be made by application to High Flyers.
